Geonix is an AI commerce visibility and optimization platform that helps e-commerce merchants monitor product visibility across AI shopping platforms, optimize product data, and manage multi-protocol feeds.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Geonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings.
